shaping digital change actively by perceiving & anticipating change, finding individually fitting goals, delivering the right things and handling (also own) personal emotions and resistances - this is my personal believe and driver as an independant advisor, project lead, product owner or sparringspartner. in projects, i take over mandated assignments. together we then work out the relevant project goals. for that time i will become part of the team, work together with the people in- and outside the organisation on eye level until we receive our goal and the mission is done. my focus and passion is to set up situationally appropriate goals, creating team alignment, setting the organisational and cultural structure and hold the focus as a framework to let the above get real. the question is not any more to deliver in time & budget. the focus in this always faster changing environment is to deliver the right things and adapt fast - of course taking into account the financial and organisational background. the outside world and the authentic inside are the reference, not external strategies. therefore, my guiding motto is the game only begins with the launch - so let's get started now! focus fields: * digital workplace * e-commerce * media * business strategies, concepts and realization * agile culture transformation * team focus, alignment and development
